“Lesser Stars”, as well as all Juliette apartments (which are close to the Hotel development), refers to apartments that have not been star graded yet.
The rates include in all cases:-
• Meet and greet at airport, transfer to Marina (or escort you if you are hiring a car.)
• Apartment orientation.
• Daily housekeeping.
• Linen and towel changes (including pool/beach towels).
• Complimentary welcome presentation of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, bowl of fresh fruit, flowers, Cape wine, mineral water, welcome snack.
• First morning’s Continental breakfast consisting of health loaf, butter, jams, yoghurt, muesli, ham*, eggs, cheese and fruit juice.
• Complimentary pre-arrival shopping service.
• Restaurant bookings, concierge service.
• R40 complimentary land line calls.
• Designated underground parking.
• 24 hour security at complex
• Free access to 3 pools and gymnasium
• Internet access (wifi) can be arranged
• Tours and sightseeing with tour guide can be arranged.
* Dietary constraints catered for.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
To secure a reservation, 50% deposit is required on confirmation of the booking and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
In the event that the booking is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, full payment is required on confirmation of the booking.
Bookings cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date will forfeit 50% of deposit. Bookings cancelled prior to this date will have deposit returned, less bank costs. All refunds are subject to administration fees.
Bookings cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit 75% of accommodation fee.
No-shows will be charged for the full accommodation booked.
