The Hotel

The Village at Spier hotel is designed to recreate the intimate and relaxed atmosphere of a small village. The 155 rooms are situated in Cape styled buildings.

The buildings are centred around six private courtyards and swimming pools, and connected by indigenous gardens and walkways. Emphasis has been placed on maintaining the ecological integrity of the area, and where possible, natural materials and resources have been used.

Standard Terms and Conditions

The above rates are quoted per room, are inclusive of VAT but exclude all extras and Tourism Levy.
Rates are subject to currency fluctuations and therefore we reserve the right to change the rates accordingly. Prior notice will be given should this be necessary.
For account holders reservations are only guaranteed to the company on the receipt of a fax or voucher.

Deposits

All bookings remain provisional until they have been confirmed.
To avoid a provisional booking from being released, a confirmation and guarantee is necessary with a deposit of 50% of the total booking amount.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations or amendments to reservations are to be confirmed in writing.
10% cancellation fee on total booking if cancelled 30 - 21 days prior to arrival.
50% cancellation fee on total booking if cancelled 20 - 10 days prior to arrival.
100% cancellation fee on total booking if cancelled 9 - 0 days prior to arrival.
100% cancellation fee on total booking in the case of a no show.

Check-in and Check-Out Times

individual check-in time is at 14H00 and check-out time is at 11h00.
group check-in time is at 16h00 and check-out time is at 11h00.

General Terms & Conditions

The hotel is regrettably unable to accommodate more than 2 adults per room.
No pets are allowed .
It is advisable to make restaurant reservations in advance.
