For a booking of one night we require a 100% deposit 40 days prior to arrival
For a booking of two or more nights we require a 50% deposit and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations:
Over 28 days prior to arrival:
- Forfeit 20% of deposit
From 28 to 14 days prior to arrival:
- Forfeit 50% of deposit
From 14 to 7 days prior to arrival:
- Forfeit 100% of deposit
Less than 7 days prior to arrival:
- Forfeit 100% of deposit
- Guest/s to be charged for full booking amount if room can not be re-rented
