Triple Policy No more than one extra person per room. Must be 18years or under. The extra person is accommodated on a fold out ‘’stretcher’’ bed in the room. Rooms are open plan. Child Policy • All children welcome, if 12 years and under they pay 50% of the full tariff when sharing with parents. A maximum of one child per room at this discounted rate. • Children between 12 yrs and 18 years pay 75% of the full tariff if sharing with adults. • No more than 6 children under 12 are allowed at any one time in the lodge. • Earlier meal times are given for children under 6 years. Breakfast is requested between 8am and 9pm and dinner between 6pm and 7pm. It would be appreciated if young children were not allowed in the dining area after 7pm. Cancellation Policy (Applicable to all confirmed reservations) We require written confirmation for all cancellations Cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival: 10% of the full accommodation charge Cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival: 25% of the full accommodation charge Cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival: 50% of the full accommodation charge Cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival: 100% of the full accommodation charge All guests shall settle their extras account in full prior to departure. Refunds are subject to a 10% administration fee. Payment Policy: To secure a booking we require a 50% deposit on confirmation and the balance is due 40 days prior to arrival For bookings made with 40 days of travel, full payment is required on confirmation of the booking.
