Rob as a fellow-player in the popular TV series Survivor?
This teambuild allows you the chance to compete in challenging
outdoor action activities and work together as a team with
your colleagues, while encouraging friendly competition between
the different departments within your business.
Meeting in the scenic and fragrant pine trees at the Tokai
Plantation, your group will be divided into teams and undergo
a short briefing.
Then it’s time to work on warpaint and war cries, which
will serve as a team and ‘intimidate’ the opposing
teams.
Next the teams work their way on a rotational basis around
a series of challenging events that encourage teamwork, co-operation
and trust.
These include:
• Zip-wire
• Climbing wall
• Low ropes course
• Underground labyrinth
• Target shooting
• Blind soccer
• Six in a sack race
• Walk the plank
• ‘Holey’ water tower
• A variety of other field games
The teams are accompanied by a marshal to ensure fair play
and health and safety. They will compete against the other
teams in the group with points being allocated at each activity.
The day ends with watching a video and summarizing the results
on the same day. This is a fantastic way of wrapping up the
activities while the teams are still in the same frame of
mind.
