You'll meet up at a central location in Cape Town's CBD at 07h15 in time to leave the city by 07h45. Upon arrival at the lodge, which serves as the base camp, you'll enjoy a delicious breakfast with the guides and other members of your party.
After a 45-minute hike up a rugged river gorge, why not kloof (jumping off ridiculously high rocks) into tranquil mountain pools with drops between three and an insane twenty-two metres in height? Sound like fun? It is!
In-between the craziness of kloofing and swimming in the rock pools, a picnic lunch is served at the pools.Then you'll head on for Thunder Falls - the aptly named waterfall that encompasses 65 metres of cascading water.
From here the excitement intensifies as you abseil off the edge of the world (or so it feels) in some of the most extreme rappelling action around.
The day ends
The day ends with sundowners back at the lodge (cash bar) and then you will be transported back to Cape Town to arrive by 19h15.

All of the adventures and thrills take place in the Gordon's Bay region, with its numerous ridges and spectacular water features
