Muizenberg on the False Bay Coast has excellent conditions are ideal for learning - from kids, business executives, holiday-makers to even senior citizens - all are welcome to book a lesson on the waves which will have you standing on a board in no time!

The two-hour lesson begins on the beach (on the rare day that Muizenberg is not suitable the lessons are at Big Bay).

Your SSA-accredited coach will kit you out with your wetsuit and board. The lessons are designed to be both fun and safe.
