This is the perfect choice for the kayak lover who would like make the most of his/her visit to Cape Town. Not only will you kayak but you will visit various land marks and museums around Cape Town, you will hike up Table Mountain, visit some fur seals and take a trip to Robben Island. We take a scenic drive one and a half hours from Simonstown to the pristine sea-side holiday town of Hermanus. In whale season you can look forward to watching whales and calves cavort in the waves from this the best land-based whale-watching spot in the world. Off-season it still makes for a lovely day out.

An important day in the tour, the sixth day starts at the District Six museum and then tour some of the informal settlements where we meet up with locals and learn about the darker aspects of the country's history. A trip out to Robben Island is a sobering yet uplifting end to the day, leaving one with a sense of hope for the future.

Back in the water, today you will get to paddle from the fishing harbour village of Hout Bay. The waters here are perfect for kayaking, and we will head for Seal Island, a small rock inhabited by hundreds of Cape Fur seals. In winter you may also get to encounter the Southern Right Whales - an unforgettable experience.

An awesome day's paddling awaits; we head out for the Cape of Good Hope for a challenging and rewarding day's kayaking in the vicinity of the Point. This trail leaves the beach within the Cape Point Nature Reserve so you'll get to see the location of the meeting point between the Beguila and Agulhas currents from land and sea.

The first day explores the city of Cape Town from Signal Hill, including such highlights as the Cape Castle, the SA National Gallery and Museum, various cultural regions where you will meet with locals in their homes. Lunch at a top city restaurant is included and you will spend your first night at a great hotel.

A gorgeous day is spent in the Simonstown area. We paddle from the Simonstown to the Waterfront, past the naval and civilian harbors and on to Boulder's Beach. We then head to a secluded beach for a picnic and, for those who wish, some snorkeling. From tonight onwards you will be staying in charming Simonstown accommodation

A free day, for sleeping, shopping, doing whatever you want! We're still city-based tonight but tomorrow we're on the move down south, so make the most of the bright lights today.

A perfect end to the trip of a lifetime, we spend the day in the magnificent Cape Winelands. Apart from wine tastings at world-renowned estates we also may include visits to cheese and chocolate factories as well as meeting some wild cats on a cheetah farm.

This day it's back to the land as we take a day's walk up, and down, Table Mountain. Being able to add reaching the top of this iconic landmark to your list of wonderful experiences is well-worth the sweat. You'll enjoy a picnic lunch along the way.

We get into the water on this day, launching from Table Bay with the awesome backdrop of Table Mountain providing the perfect setting. The day will see us paddling along the gorgeous Atlantic Seaboard, home to the well-heeled of the city. Your second night is spent once again in the city hotel we have reserved for you.
You will visit the penguins at Boulders Beach, go snorkelling, whale watching in Hermanus, visit the Cape of Good Hope, and sample some of our fabulous wines.
