On the Atlantic Coast road, past Clifton and Camps Bay to Hout Bay, is the boat to Seal Island (weather permitting and optional). Pass over Chapman’s Peak to where the two oceans meet at Cape Point, you can stop at the Two Oceans restaurant to taste some freshly caught seafood. Return via Simonstown to view the Boulders Penguins.
