The Tour
Day One
You’ll be met at Cape Town International Airport by a representative who will ensure your car rental is organized before escorting you in convoy to the Portswood Hotel. This understated accommodation, boating beautiful views of Table Mountain, will be your base for the next 5 nights.
Enjoy meals at the nearby Quarterdeck Restaurant, which offers buffet breakfasts and a comprehensive a la carte menu specializing in Cape Malay Cuisine. The Cocktail Bar is open daily, all day.
Day Two
Enjoy 18 holes of golf at the Clovelly Country Club.
This charming golf club is set in the picturesque Clovelly valley on the False Bay coast near Fish Hoek.
Beaches, wetlands and mountains give the valley its natural beauty.
Perfect for vacation golf, the immaculate Clovelly Golf Course has tight yet short rolling fairways, which offer a decent challenge while still having birdies and par opportunities.
The most challenging hole on the course is arguably the par-four 4th, which demands accuracy off the tee to navigate the dogleg left, stream and out of bounds. This leaves the golfer with a challenging second, as the green is guarded by a water hazard and sand trap.
A second pleasant night will be spent at the Portswood.
Day Three
A challenging 18 holes of golf await you at the Milnerton Golf Club!
Ten minutes to the North of Cape Town this course lies along the Atlantic coastline and is a true out-and-back links of championship proportions. The '9 out, 9 in' course is has the Atlantic Ocean to the West and a lagoon to the East, and provides the only true links course on the African continent.
Milnerton has it all – scenery, mint condition and a challenging layout. Unsurprisingly, the course plays host regularly to PGA events.
Your third night is once again at the Portswood Hotel.
Day Four
Play 18 holes of golf at the international standard De Zalze Country Club, situated in the De Zalze Winelands Golf Estate.
This course combines stunning surroundings and accuracy, offering parkland holes and water feature defenses including the Blaauwklippen River.
The De Zalze Golf Course has hosted several championship events. Follow up your round of golf with a delicious meal on the open terrace) for your own account), complemented by fine local wines.
Sleep well once more at the Portswood Hotel.
Day Five
Relax and do whatever you wish on this mid-tour day of leisure, followed by your final night at the Portswood Hotel.
Day Six
The day begins with a leisurely breakfast followed by your flight to Johannesburg.
Once again you will be met at the airport by a representative and transferred to fabulous Sun City.
A very different environment awaits you at the Cascades Hotel – this is a sophisticated hotel surrounded by tropical gardens with sparkling water features. It offers visitors total seclusion and tranquility, while still being steps away from the myriad activities on offer at Sun City.
Cascades Hotel has two superb restaurants on site - The Peninsula Restaurant with an international dinner menu, bar and resident pianist, and the Fishmonger Restaurant serving excellent seafood and sushi.

Day Seven
Play a wild 18 holes of golf at the Lost City Golf Course, situated just over the hill from the Gary Player Country Club. The course is carved out of rolling, rocky terrain and offers a classic African ambiance. The clubhouse design keeps in theme, based on the Zimbabwe ruins.
Gary Player has created one of the top courses in the world at the Lost City, blending the desert style, links-feel front nine and the Colonial Africa back nine, which is your golf safari with nothing more than a fence separating the golfers from the Pilanesberg Game Reserve.
Keep your wits about you at the thirteenth hole, home of 40 Nile and graveyard for hundreds of golf balls!

Day Eight
Play like a pro - 18 holes of golf at the Gary Player Golf Course!
Repeatedly ranked the best golf course in South Africa, the Gary Player Golf Course is labeled by some as the ‘toughest course in the Southern Hemisphere’. It is also, arguably, the most famous, and has hosted among other events the Nedbank Million dollar golf tournament.
As expected, this demanding course is always kept in immaculate condition. Anticipate a fairly flat parkland course with many water hazards, cunning sited bunkers and hidden pin placement make up for the lack of gradient.
Both the keen novice and the skilled professional will enjoy playing in the African Bushveld environment of the Gary Player Golf Course.
Rest up after a hard day’s play for your third night at the Cascades Hotel.
Day Nine
A sumptuous breakfast precedes checkout. A representative of the Bakubang Bush Lodge will meet you at reception and organize your transfer to the Pilanesberg National Park.
Fall asleep to the sounds of the Bushveld at Bakubung Bush Lodge.
Day Ten
Enjoy a day of leisure. Pilanesberg is home to numerous species of African game including the big boys - elephants, rhino, buffalo – as well as leopard and lion. Of course you’ll want to view these magnificent creatures, so head out on a game drive, then come home to luxury accommodation, for your second night at Bakubung Bush Lodge.
Home
After breakfast, check out of the Bakubang Bush Lodge. You will be transferred back to Sun City, and from there to Johannesburg International Airport where you will catch your flight home.
