The Southern Right Whale is one of the largest mammals on earth with highly secretive mating and migratory patterns. Because of this, whale watching tours have cropped up around the bays of the Western Cape attempting to spot the illusive mammals. The Southern Right Whales are the subject of intensive investigation and study by a multitude of scientific communities around the world.
