Description

During the second half of August and early September the carpet of the West Coast is painted in hues of gold and pink. Flower tours spring up as quickly as the flowers themselves in this area of the world, as the West Coast of Cape Town is a sight not to be missed in spring. Travel as far north as St. Helena Bay and Velddrift to enjoy the carpet of indigenous flowers.

After revelling in the sights of the north, come with us as we take you south to the West Coast Fossil Park, a one of its kind in the Western Cape. The riches fossil sites in the world may be seen at this park where over two hundred kinds of fossilised animals and plants have been discovered in this one spot.
