TOUR GUIDES:

* Tour Guides can be accommodated subject to availability (may only be confirmed last minute)
* Guides are not guaranteed game drives

PAYMENTS:

* A deposit of 50% of the total accommodation charge is required for direct bookings.
* With group and exclusive use of the lodge bookings, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the date of confirmation
* Full payment 30 days prior to arrival

CANCELLATIONS:

* Four weeks before arrival - 75% of full amount.
* Two weeks before arrival - 100% of full amount

Covid-19 Terms & Conditions on cancellations:
Should a guest be unable to fulfil their booking due to a positive Covid-19 test or due to external factors associated to COVID-19 causing guests to be unable to travel, our reservations office would require the following documents:

* Positive test results
* Or government confirmation of cause of preventing travelling plus
* Passport copy of guest (this must match up with the booking info we have and match to the person with the positive Covid-19 test results)

Unfortunately, no refunds will be given however we are happy to accept postponements as follows:

* For South African resident guests, we are happy to offer a 6-month postponement on their booking
* For international guests (any other guest not a citizen of SA or residing in SA), we are happy to offer a 1-year postponement on their booking

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE:

* Check in is at 14h00
* Check out is at 11h00


FLIGHT/AIR TRANSFERS

* Daily scheduled FEDERAL AIR flights from O.R. Tambo Airport (JIA) to Madikwe Western airstrip
* Private charters are available on request
* Road transfers available on request

GATE ENTRANCE:

* Gates open @ 06h00 & closes @ 18h00.

FLIGHT & AIR TRANSFERS & PRIVATE CHARTERS:

* Guests may arrive any time from 14:00, and rooms are to be vacated by 11:00am.
