Final & FULL payment is due 30 days prior to departure. Bookings made within 30 days of departure must be accompanied by full payment.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations shall only be valid if received by Springbok Atlas in writing and the following penalties, calculated as from the date of receipt of notice, shall apply :
24 Hours or less prior to departure 100% of the price contracted.
Refunds where agreed are subject to a 10% administration fee.
HEALTH, PASSPORT, & VISAS
Agents and passengers are required to ensure that all such requirements are attended to as Springbok Atlas accepts no responsibility in this regard.
From the above, it is advisable that you consult with your local travel agent/travel clinic re visas and health requirements.
