Sole use vehicle is available to facilitate families at an additional cost of R4 770 per vehicle per game drive

NEW: Kosher Villa – 8 pax
The New C5 Villa at Ivory Tree is ready to welcome guests. It offers a Kosher Kitchen, private dining and lounge area with a private pool and a private vehicle with a guide for the duration of your stay.
The Kosher chef and supervisor will serve 3 meals a day. The new kitchen is exclusively for Kosher use; is segregated for meat and milk and will remain locked when not in use.
The Kosher safari experience is available for groups of 8 people

Transportation
* Transfers are available between the airport, Sun City and the lodge
* Closest Airport: Pilanesberg Airport is approximately 25 minutes from the Lodge
NEW BOOKING POLICY
Any new bookings made between the 16th of March and the 30th of April 2020 will be allowed to be held on a provisional basis until 48 hours before arrival. Thus guests can hold these bookings with certainty that they will not be charged any cancellation until 2 days before their stay.
UPDATED POSTPONEMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY ON BOOKINGS ALREADY IN PLACE
* Any client with a booking in place between the 28th of February and the 30th of June 2020 may defer/postpone their booking up to June the 30th 2021 with no penalties.
* Should the dates of the amended booking fall in a season where higher rates should be applicable we will not enforce the higher rates and will accept the booking on the original rate booked. Thus the guest will not be charged any surcharge at all.
* Standard terms and conditions will apply to any bookings that are cancelled outright and not postponed

* Standard Rooms: Maximum 2 adults
* Luxury Suites: Maximum of 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 12. Children sharing with adults in Luxury suites will be charged 50% of the standard room sharing rate.
* Family Suites: Maximum of 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 12.

Day Use Rooms
Strictly on request and are dependent on availability of room(s) at a rate of 50% off single public tariff and rooms are only available between 11h00 and 17h00. Any rooms required after 17h00 will be treated as a full additional night and the normal contracted rate attached will apply.
