This fantastic 3 day quad bike tour will take you on an awesome trail starting at Grabouw. The off road tour is ideal for quad biking and takes in beautiful Cape coastal and mountain scenery. You are sure to meet some fascinating people along the way!
The Tour
Day 1
Starting at 9 a.m, the trail winds up a mountain jeep track to a lookout point at 1000m. Here you will enjoy a picnic lunch with stunning views as the perfect backdrop.
After lunch you will travel through fynbos and fruit farms on the descent and then along the Riviersonderend river route, passing The Old Water Mill, to the old town of Genadendal. Your first night will be spent at the charming Greyton village.
Day 2
The second day will take you through the Winelands near Hermanus as you head for the Hemel and Aarde valley. You will travel along an old wagon at the base of the Lebanon Mountain and then continue on, via the Van der Stel Pass to the night’s lodgings at the Kegelberg nature reserve.
Your evening meal will be enhanced by the telling of tales around the camp fire.
Day 3
On your third day you will wake up in the beautiful Kegelberg Reserve which has an abundance of plant species as well as spectacular se and mountain views. Being off the beaten track gives you the opportunity to experience and photograph views seen by a privileged few. You will learn about the history, geology and other information from your learned guide.
Later on in the day, at around 16h00, you will return to the Grabouw farm where your journey commenced three unforgettable days ago. You may choose to remain there for a forth night at an additional cost.

• Transfers from Cape Town / Somerset West or Stellenbosch can be arranged.
